So what are you going to be eating?

Example of Food

I am all about SIMPLE, easy food. Each week we aim for:

  • 1-2 vegetarian meals
  • 1-2 fish meals
  • And the rest a mix of white and red meats.
  • With ALWAYS – ALWAYS the emphasis on lots of veggies on your plate.
  • There’s tweaks for gluten-free, dairy-free too, and even recipe tweaks to adapt each recipe to be vegetarian and FODMAP friendly.

A theme each week so you can try something new:

  • Simple, one-pan meals
  • Veggie-packed meals
  • Eat through your freezer stash
  • Cook once, eat over 3 nights
  • Slow cooker meals
  • Paleo week
