I'm a mumma of 3 and a certified Health Coach.
I've coached 100's & 100's of families with their health and often the missing puzzle to stopping the sniffles, having their digestion work better and clearing up the eczema was fermented foods.
I'd teach my clients 1:1 to make easy ferments and all of their families loved them. They saw results and found it easy to make them each week. So I wrote a course guiding people through how to make a bunch of different fermnents. Sourdough loaves, kefirs, sauekrauts and lots of fruits & veggies.
