How to make Healthy Homemade Marshmallows using orange juice! Grab your Thermomix and follows my video recipe to make a batch with gelatin, orange juice, salt & honey.
These are so easy to make, I use my Thermomix, but you could use your hand mixer. The best bit? You choose the flavour of juice!
I tried making these without honey, and although they were delicious, they didn't 'fluff' up like a marshmallow. They tended to have a jelly layer on the bottom and a soft marshmallow on top.
Here's how to make them:
Put all 4 ingredients into your Thermomix to melt. You could do this in a pan on your cooktop if you do not have one.
After the mixture is melted, you let it cool. Then, you whip-whip-whip those marshmallows! Look how fluffy it becomes.
Into a lined tin to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Done! Lovely Healthy, good for the gut, Marshmallows!!!!
