- 100 g thickened cream
- 15 g freezer-dried berries
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Go ahead and whip your cream. I do that in the Thermonix on Speed 3 for about 1.5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, carefully crush your bag of freeze-dried berries using a rolling pin. Start soft, and as they crush down, you can push harder.
- Then, in goes the honey, the strawberry ‘dust’, and babe, you have the TASTIEST icing ever!
Notes
Play around with the berries, mango, raspberry; any work ace!
And if you want more colour, add a drop or two of food colouring.
