Notes
- Oats are packed with soluble fibre which helps to fill you up and keep you feeling fuller for longer. According to studies, the beta-glucan found in oats can help to satiate your appetite for up to 4 hours. It is also found to lower ‘bad’ cholesterol levels – a perfect excuse to whip up another batch of these, I say.
