Slow Cooker Nutella Brownies.

If you love Nutella, you're going to love my take on a Healthy Slow Cooker Nutella Brownie. Here's the kicker, though: instead of using Nutella, I use the Healthy Pana version. So not only is this healthier, it is so simple to make.

Just 3 ingredients!

It is so simple to make these healthy brownies. I used a jar of the Pana Organics Hazelnut Spread because it's much healthier than the standard stuff. I melt the spread in a saucepan, just to ensure it is nice and runny.

Then in with the flour and eggs.

Into the slow cooker it goes, with some extra hazelnuts on top if that's your thing.

I like to undercook my brownie, it means its soft and gooey still! Gosh it's yum!

Description

If you love nutella you're going to love my take on a Healthy Slow Cooker Nutella Brownie. Here's the kicker, though: instead of using Nutella, I use the Healthy Pana version. So not only is this healthier, it is so simple to make.

Just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

400g pana chocolate hazelnut spread jar

1/2 cup self raising flour

2 eggs

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

STEP 1: Lightly heat the chocolate in a pan, just so it is nice and runny.

STEP 2: Stir in the flour and the eggs. Make sure it is well incorporated.

STEP 3: Stir in the hazelnuts and then pop them in your lined slow cooker to cook with a tea towel under the lid. I like mine 'just' set in the middle, but you can of course cook it longer. 1-1.5hrs on high and mine were done.

STEP 4: When it's done, pop it on a rack to cool.

Notes

GF: Sub for Bobs Red Mill GF Flour 1:1
EF: Sub for 2 chia eggs and an optional banana.

  • Cook Time: 1 hour on High
